We do not charge an administration fee for letting a property to you.
We ask you to sign an AT5 form (a notice to offer you a rental agreement that is a Short Assured Tenancy under the Housing Act (Scotland) 1988), a rental agreement and an inventory. We also ask you to allow us to take up references prior to you moving into a property.
You are required to pay a deposit on the property and to ensure that payment of rent is made in advance on a monthly basis.
Deposits are returned to you promptly at the end of the tenancy after the property has been fully checked and any damage assessed accepting fair wear and tear.
